Isn't it true that every one of us needs a well-rounded life? Our lives need to be in order physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, physiologically as well as psychologically. It is only when this balance is achieved that one can claim to living life to the full. Sometimes it is not easy to get to such equilibrium, owing to the fact that life is full of hassles and bussles. Spiritually, there are many religions in which people find themselves engaged in, with an aim of finding answers to questions to do with successful living.



Christianity is one of those religions. Christianity teaches sharing and excellence, many women have come together to try and see how they can help each other excel in all the aforementioned sectors of life. Christian women have particularly been creative in coming up with activities that gear them towards excellence. As such, many women have nowadays become independent, unlike on the past when they just sat at home and waited upon their husbands to provide.



If you look around you today, you will notice that there are so many organizations that have been formed by Christian women helping others to excel. In these organizations, women are taught and trained on how to start, run and manage small businesses. The organizations also organize sessions for their members where they discuss on issues ranging from how to be a good home maker, wife and mother, to how to be a professional career woman.



It is no wonder to find that these organizations or women groups are made up of women who have been through a rough road in life; women whose success did not come easy and at a point in life they thought they had come to their end. However, through mentorship by others who had made it in life, they are now where they are today. As such, the motive behind the formation of these organizations is in many cases mentorship and accountability.
